Community Supported Agriculture

2022 CSA Subscriptions are now open

What is a CSA?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It is a way to connect consumers to their farmers by ensuring access to fresh and in season produce. There are many different forms this can take. Ikigai's CSA is made possible through community members committing to a whole season's worth of weekly food boxes. This guarantees they will receive quality produce all season long while contributing to farm operations in a big way.

What Types of Produce can I expect in my Box?

When you receive your first box you can expect to find lots of greens, radishes, salad turnips, kale and other early season crops. As the season progresses green beans, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, squash and many more will become available.

For the 2022 Season we are excited to announce that we will opening up CSA shares for our Kamloops members as well as growing our Chase CSA.  We are offering two sizes of weekly boxes to accommodate the vegetable requirements of both small and large house holds. The programs run June - October.
